The math is exact; the world isn’t always

Fit, fill, stretch, ladder and bar calculations are closed-form arithmetic — the formulas are printed on the pages and you can check any result with a pocket calculator. What we can’t warrant:

• Platform specs drift. The social presets were verified in October 2026; platforms revise requirements and safe zones without notice. Before a campaign launch or a print run, confirm against the platform’s own current documentation.
• Rendering is not geometry. The tool tells you the dimensions to export — how your encoder, editor or CMS actually resamples the pixels is its own behavior (filter choice, rounding, chroma subsampling), outside this page’s control.
• “Looks right” is a judgment call. An upscale flagged ×1.5 is mathematically correct and may still look soft; a letterboxed export is correct and may still be the wrong deliverable. The numbers inform the choice; the choice stays yours.
